The total reconstruction of an old house from '53, instead of demolishing it and building a new one, posed difficult challenges in both architectural composition and construction. The renovation of the shell and facades, and the reinforcement of foundations, columns, and the finished surface, in combination with the creation of new uses in the surrounding area, as well as the complete redesign of the interior, achieved a modern, simple, and functional building.
