KRAFT Paints, a steady supporter of initiatives that upgrade public spaces and the educational experience, participated as a supporter in the creation of a new, landmark mural at the ENEEGYL (Integrated Special Vocational Gymnasium-Lyceum) of Koropi.

The initiative is part of UrbanAct’s flagship program "Painting School Buildings." For over twenty years, UrbanAct has been implementing organized public mural programs across Greece and abroad, featuring artworks that aesthetically enhance spaces while radiating messages of beauty and optimism. These projects involve artists who offer their work and empathy to foster a different approach to public space. For KRAFT Paints, participating in such initiatives is a strategic choice, as upgrading public areas through art conveys positivity and inspiration, especially in sensitive environments like schools.

The artist Same84, one of the most influential muralists of his generation with over 200 works in Greece and abroad, created a composition that challenges the viewer to reflect.

As he describes it:

"The composition depicts the unceasing journey of human knowledge. From ancient thinkers and the foundation of science to the double helix of DNA and space exploration, the work serves as a reminder that knowledge is a journey that continues into the unknown."

The intervention was not limited to the building’s main facade. Using KRAFT Paints products, students from the Koropi ENEEGYL and the 1st EPAL of Koropi actively participated by co-painting lower surfaces in the school’s courtyard. This collaborative action strengthened the sense of community and creative expression among children within their daily environment.

The successful completion of the program is the result of a partnership between multiple entities. It was held under the auspices of the Municipality of Kropos, with the full support of the school community and the Parents and Guardians Association. KRAFT Paints, alongside Rollex SA, served as supporters of the project, joining the lead sponsor, EFA GROUP.

For KRAFT Paints, supporting UrbanAct and artists like Same84 represents a commitment to a public space that radiates messages of inspiration, empathy, and culture.
