It is a cool material since its excellent whiteness is evaluated by the National Technical University of Athens, contributing to energy savings, limiting air conditioning loads during the summer.

General Information
Total Proof PU FIBER 25 is used as a cool material and roof waterproofing membrane as part of the TOTAL PROOF PU FIBER 25 SYSTEM providing 25 years working life. It has excellent adhesion to horizontal surfaces made of concrete, cement mortar, etc. while at the same time it seals cracks since it has excellent elasticity and resistance to intense temperature variations.
How to Use
SUBSTRATE - PREPARATION: Ensure even, clean, solid, free from standing water, dust, oil and loose elements substrate. For any necessary repairs for the proper preparation of the substrate, select the appropriate repair materials from KRAFT Paints product line. On absorbent substrates (e.g. concrete, cement, old tiles, etc.) prime with Total Proof Primer Aqua when applied as certified system or alternatively with Eco Dur Aqua or Dur, by KRAFT Paints. On nonabsorbent substrates (e.g. glossy tiles, mosaics, asphalt, etc.) prime with the transparent Kraft Epoxy Floor Primer Aqua.
2.MIXING: No dilution is needed if it is applied as part of the ΤΟΤΑL PROOF PU FIBER 25 SYSTEM. Dilute with water up to 10% for the first layer when the product is applied out of the certified system.
After applying the primer wait 24h and apply the first layer of Total Proof PU FIBER 25 without dilution after mixing properly the material in the container using a roller, brush, or spraying machine. After 24 hours apply the 2nd and 3rd layers wet on wet while in the interval lay the 110 g/m2 polyester reinforcement fleece Total Proof FLEECE 110 carefully to avoid air entrapment. After 24h apply the 4th layer crosswise for maximum protection and 25 years working life. For the local reinforcement of the waterproofing membrane and for applications in cracks, joints, corners, and joints of horizontal-vertical surfaces, use the 60g/m2 reinforcement tape of 10cm width, Total Proof TAPE 60.
Immediately after the application the tools must be cleaned with warm water and soap or a detergent solution. Remove as much material as possible from tools before cleaning.
